Our Team
Alevtina Tuhari
Co-Founder, Business Strategy & Operations
Alevtina didn’t start as a consultant. She started as a builder. In 2010, she founded a home care agency with a clear vision and very little certainty about how to get there. Over the next twelve years she grew it from a small operation into a team of 100+ healthcare professionals, navigating staff turnover, rising costs, operational chaos, cash flow pressure, and every other challenge that comes with scaling a service business in a regulated industry. In 2022, she sold the business successfully.
She holds degrees in Nursing, Management in Economy, and Health Services Administration, but it’s the twelve years of building, failing, fixing, and growing that shaped how she works with clients today.
When Alevtina sits across from a business owner who feels stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure what to fix first, she’s not guessing at what they’re going through. She’s been there. That’s what makes the difference.

Nadejda Tuhari-Turner
Co-Founder, Brand Strategy & Marketing
Nadejda has spent her career at the intersection of brand, marketing, and business operations, working across retail, wellness, and education before co-founding ProBusiness Solutions.
Her most significant project before the business: helping launch the Aveda Institute in Winnipeg, a complex, multi-faceted brand and operations launch that required building visibility, client trust, and operational systems simultaneously. She also served as co-manager of Reliable Home Care Agency through years of growth leading up to it’s 2022 sale.
She holds a Business Administration diploma from Red River College and brings hands-on experience in brand development, content strategy, social media, and digital marketing, the kind of experience that comes from actually running campaigns, not just planning them.
Nadejda leads all brand visibility, marketing, and social media engagements.
