With a background in healthcare, operations, and business leadership, Alevtina brings over a decade of experience in building and scaling service-based businesses. She holds multiple degrees in Nursing, Management in Economy, and Health Services Administration.
As the founder and CEO of a successful home care agency, Alevtina led a team of 100+ professionals and navigated steady growth before selling the business in 2022. Today, she helps other entrepreneurs create smart systems, improve profitability, and scale with clarity and confidence.
Nadejda Tuhari-Turner
SMM Specialist & Co-Founder, ProBusiness Solutions
With roots in retail, education, and social media strategy, Nadejda brings hands-on experience in brand development, digital marketing, and business operations. She holds a diploma in Business Administration from Red River College and has led projects in retail and wellness industries – including launching the Aveda Institute in Winnipeg.
As co-manager of Reliable Home Care Agency, she supported years of sustainable growth before its successful sale. Today, Nadejda helps businesses build brand visibility, engage with the right audience, and grow through strategy-driven social media and marketing.
