Hi, I’m Alevtina Tuhari, Co-founder of ProBusiness Solutions.
It’s Friday. Before you switch off your computer and head into the weekend, take just 10 minutes to reflect on your week.
The most successful business owners don’t simply move from one busy week to the next. They pause, evaluate, learn, and make better decisions.
Growth doesn’t happen by accident, it happens through consistent reflection. Before you close your laptop today, ask yourself these five questions:
1. What was my biggest win this week?
Take a moment to recognize your progress.
Did you sign a new client? Improve a process? Have an important conversation?
Complete a project you’ve been putting off?
Every achievement matters. Success is built one step at a time.
2. What didn’t go as planned?
Not every week unfolds the way we expect and that’s okay. Instead of viewing setbacks as failures, see them as feedback. Every challenge reveals something about your business, your systems, or your decision-making.
The lesson is often more valuable than the outcome.
3. What took more time than it should have?
If you keep spending too much time on the same tasks, it’s usually a sign that something needs to change. Perhaps a business processes needs to be documented and discussed with your team. Maybe a task can be delegated. Or maybe it’s time to introduce better tools or automation.
Your business should become more efficient as it grows.
4. What can I delegate, automate, or simplify next week?
As a business owner, your time is one of your most valuable assets. Every hour spent on repetitive work is an hour not spent growing your business.
Look for opportunities to simplify, streamline, and focus on what truly requires your expertise.
5. What is the ONE priority that will move my business forward next week?
Don’t start Monday with a list of twenty urgent tasks. Start with one clear priority.
When you know what matters most, decision-making becomes easier, distractions become smaller, and progress becomes more intentional.
Before next week begins, decide what deserves your full attention.
Whatever your answers are today, remember this: toy worked hard, you made decisions, you solved problems, you kept moving your business forward.
Some weeks bring big wins, others bring valuable lessons. Both are part of building a successful business. The only people who never make mistakes are the ones who never take action.
Every challenge teaches you something, every lesson makes you a stronger business owner.
And every step forward, no matter how small, is better than standing still.
Take a moment to reflect on how far you’ve come, appreciate your progress, and begin next week with greater clarity and confidence.
Reflect. Learn. Reset. Grow.
Have a wonderful weekend!
